Stay Ready Entertainment is scheduled to arrive 1–2 hours prior to your event start time to begin setup. 

A 50% deposit of the total booked services is required at the time of booking to secure and confirm your event date.

The remaining balance is due upon arrival, before services begin

Event cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event start time are eligible for one of the following options:

1. Partial Refund: Receive a refund of 50% of the original deposit amount. Partial deposit refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the cancellation notice is received.
2. Full Deposit Credit: Retain 100% of the original deposit amount as a credit to be applied toward a future event. The credit must be used within 6 months of the original event date.

Event cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event start time are not eligible for a deposit refund, and the deposit will be forfeited.

All cancellations must be communicated directly to Stay Ready Entertainment.
